Hardwood floor Refinishing is ideal for hardwood flooring that may suffer from moderate neglect, loss of shine and luster that may have some cracked areas, markings and high traffic areas. The Refinishing method requires less sanding, preparation and labor hours.
The Sand-Less method is ideal for hardwood flooring that is in reasonably good condition and has just lost it shine or luster. This method is the least invasive method and requires moderate sanding, followed by staining and sealing.
